Lindsay Lohan back in the news, she has an Arrest Warrant with her name on it, and is not giving herself-up. BEVERLY HILLS PD: "It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter can be resolved in a timely manner." Man, the Law is such a joke to Celebrities...and the funny thing is, that the entire world knows it.
